Shards of glass.
A broken reflection.
Lying there upon the floor.
Upended, unforgiven.
Scattered.

It is dark here.  It is quiet.
I am lonely without you.
I can see in that reflection
A shattered smile.

Broken pieces.
Endless numbers.
Scattered there across the floor.
Upended, unforgiven.
I don't live here anymore.

It is dark and it is quiet.
Too much so without you.
I can see in that reflection
A shattered smile.

Broken glass.
Empty pieces.
A faded image of a girl.
Scattered here
Shattered here
Across the floor.

I am not here anymore...

Antother traslated song.
I feel I should make a note about the Japanese here, there's a connotation not expressed in English.
In the second "I can see in that reflection a shattered smile." the Kanji (Chinese character) I used for shattered means "crushed" but it also means "to be utterly spent, worn out." giving it a sense that the smile seen is a tired/spent smile.
Also, in the last verse, where it says "Scattered here" the kanji is for "Chiru" which means "to scatter" but it also implies a scattering of blossoms.
I normally wouldn't explain such things but I feel they add meaning to the song.
I like double meanings. ^___^

The working English title is "Shattered"
